Visit of Japanese chef Shunta SUZUKI to La Manufacture de la Terre

At the beginning of June 2025, Shunta Suzuki came to the workshop to choose some dishes.
He imagines using my tableware pieces to present his future dishes. In doing so, he combines pieces from several collections. Ideas I hadn't thought of.
Seeing him imagine scenes with my creations is both gratifying and instructive.
